Return Policy
You can be assured that doctortrolley.com stands by the quality, cleanliness and sterility of the products we offer. Due to the sensitive nature of healthcare products, doctortrolley.com cannot give a refund or credit for any item(s) in which the retail packaging or sterile seal has been broken.
If an incorrect or defective item was shipped in error by us, we will arrange to have the merchandise picked up and will ship the appropriate product at our cost. doctortrolley.com will gladly accept returned merchandise and provide a full refund or credit (after deducting freight costs) if the returned item(s) meet the follow criteria: Item(s) must be returned within 15 days of our shipping date. Item(s) must be returned unopened in the original manufacturer packaging in a re-sellable condition and include all accessories, manuals, brochures and manufacturer documentation.
Cancellation
If you cancel your order after it has already shipped we consider it a return and the above policies apply. Once your package arrives please ensure it is not damaged or defective in any way. Notification of returns for damaged products must be made with 24 hours of receiving your items. In this case a full credit will be issued for both the purchase and shipping costs.
Refund
doctortrolley.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, Mastro, American Express, select Debit Cards, Net Banking, Cheque/DD, Bank Transfer and Direct Bank Deposits. If the payment was made (paid through credit card/debit card/net banking), the amount is refunded in the same account from which the payment was made.

Order of Precedence
In the event that a Seller has entered into a separate written Seller Agreement with DRTROLLEY INTERNET SERVICES PVT LTD and such Seller Agreement includes terms or conditions that conflict with the terms and conditions in this Part III, the terms and conditions of the Seller Agreement shall govern.
Seller Console
Subject to the terms and conditions of these Terms of Use, DRTROLLEY INTERNET SERVICES PVT LTD hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sub licensable, revocable license to use the Seller Console and the information DRTROLLEY INTERNET SERVICES PVT LTD provides or makes available to you in connection therewith, solely for internal business purposes. You will not (and will not permit any third party to) make any use or disclosure of the Seller Console that is not expressly permitted under this Agreement. Without limiting the foregoing, you will not (and will not permit any third party to): (i) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discern the source code, algorithms, file formats or interface protocols of the Seller Console or of any files contained in or generated by the Seller Console; (ii) copy, modify, adapt or translate the Seller Console, (iii) resell, distribute or sublicense the Seller Console, make the Seller Console available on a “service bureau” basis, or otherwise allow any third party to use or access the Seller Console, (iv) remove or modify any proprietary marking or restrictive legends placed on the Seller Console; or (v) use the Seller Console in violation of any applicable law or regulation. As between DRTROLLEY INTERNET SERVICES PVT LTD and you, DRTROLLEY INTERNET SERVICES PVT LTD retains title to and ownership of the Seller Console, including all copyrights and other intellectual property rights relating thereto. You will have no rights with respect to the Seller Console other than those expressly granted under this Agreement.
Payment
DRTROLLEY INTERNET SERVICES PVT LTD guarantees payment to the Seller for all bookings fulfilled by the Seller. Payment will be issued in the form of a printed check or electronic bank transfer at the Seller’s request, and will be processed in no more than 10 business days.
Taxes
Seller assumes sole responsibility for filing and paying all relevant state and local taxes, except income taxes, on transactions originated by DRTROLLEY INTERNET SERVICES PVT LTD, and shall include any applicable taxes in the Base Price set by Seller in the Seller Console. DRTROLLEY INTERNET SERVICES PVT LTD shall have no obligation to collect or remit any tax amounts. Seller shall indemnify doctortrolley.com and hold DRTROLLEY INTERNET SERVICES PVT LTD harmless from and against all state and local taxes, except income/service taxes, imposed on doctortrolley.com that relate to transactions originated by DRTROLLEY INTERNET SERVICES PVT LTD.
Contact Information
The Buyer name and contact information is provided to Sellers for the sole purpose of ensuring the order fulfilled and may not be used by the Seller for any other purpose.
Sellers must submit a phone number for each product they list on DRTROLLEY INTERNET SERVICES PVT LTD. Buyers will be provided with this number to call in the event of a problem with their product. Buyers will be eligible for a refund at the Seller’s expense if the product is faulty.
Making Adjustments
Sellers authorize us to withhold payment or charge their credit card account any amount owed to DRTROLLEY INTERNET SERVICES PVT LTD if (a) a sale is cancelled for any reason; (b) an adjustment is made under our DRTROLLEY INTERNET SERVICES PVT LTD T&C; (c) we reasonably believe that a Seller has committed fraud or other illegal act or omission during any buying or selling activity; (d) Seller provides incorrect or misrepresented product and/or product related services for any booking or portion thereof.
Dispute Resolution
The DRTROLLEY INTERNET SERVICES PVT LTD Guarantee provides Buyers the protection and motivation to purchase the product at doctortrolley.com. Thus, we require DRTROLLEY INTERNET SERVICES PVT LTD sellers to comply with our resolution process in case a Buyer files a claim that they did not receive product as per the terms of the DRTROLLEY INTERNET SERVICES PVT LTD T&C. Sellers permit us to make a final decision, in our sole discretion, on any claim that a Buyer files with doctortrolley.com under the DRTROLLEY INTERNET SERVICES PVT LTD T&C. If we resolve a dispute in the Buyer’s favour, we will refund the Buyer for the cost of the product, and we will require the Seller to reimburse us for the refund. Any doctortrolley.com fees for the purchase will be refunded to the Seller. A warning notice will also be sent to the Seller.
CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY
The Company reserves the right to change this policy and our Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes to our Privacy Policy by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your account or by placing a prominent notice on our site. Significant changes will go into effect 30 days following such notification. Non-material changes or clarifications will take effect immediately. You should periodically check the Site and this privacy page for updates.
