RETURNS POLICY

We Doctortrolley.com are unique web portal which facilitates online purchase of medical equipments and surgical. Due to unique nature of products sold here, we do not facilitate return of product based on not being liked due to aesthetics. The return policy shall become applicable only when the product supplied is different from the one which is ordered.

POINTERS FOR RETURN

  • Returns/exchange request need to be within 7 days of the delivery of product
  • Please fill the returns form for easy processing of refunds
  • All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons, and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.
  • In case you receive a damaged/defective, the company should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We might request you to share snap shot at www.drtrolley.com or support@doctortrolley.com .
  • In you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised.
  • Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
  • Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.
  • In case of orders where reverse pick-up may not apply, customers can self-ship the items to www.drtrolley.com. In this case amount will be reimbursed in the customer’s account towards shipping costs in the form of a coupon code. This will be done post the quality check of all the received items.

The Return process - Online Return/Exchange—You can return or exchange an item online at www.drtrolley.com by following the below steps.

  • Log in to the 'My Account' section at www.drtrolley.com
  • Select the product that needs to be returned/exchanged
  • Follow the steps and fill in the required information to complete the process.

Non-returnable categories- Following product categories fall under "No Return/Exchange" unless there is an inherent damage/quality issue at the time of delivery due to a miss from our quality team.

How do you return?

  • Reverse pick up from your shipping address: Our reverse pick-up facility is currently available only in select locations, which fall under the service network of our courier partners.
  • Self-ship: In case your pin code is not serviced by our courier partner, you will have to self-ship the product(s) back to us, to reach our Returns Department. For all self-shipped returns, you will be reimbursed towards your shipping costs as a voucher which can be used for future purchase on our website. The same is subject to your returns being inspected and quality checked on receipt in our warehouse.
  • Return of Amount paid: Once product is received and inspected and found in norms, amount shall be processed for reverting payment to the Account from which payment is received earlier.
